This age group is all about curiosity, honesty, and learning the basics in a safe and supportive space. We introduce essential topics with warmth, clarity, and age-appropriate language to help kids feel confident as they grow.

Understanding puberty and how our bodies change
What’s normal, what’s private, and how to stay safe
Making healthy decisions and knowing when to ask for help
Personal hygiene and self-care
Respecting personal space and setting boundaries
Healthy friendships, kindness, and empathy
What to do if something feels wrong or uncomfortable
An early introduction to online safety and digital boundaries
How babies are made and what reproduction means
STIs: what they are and how people protect themselves
What condoms are and how they work
Building a positive body image and self-worth
Introduction to gender and breaking down stereotypes
Understanding fairness, bullying, and human rights
How sexuality and gender relate to world issues

Lessons are led by Dr June Low, a highly regarded and experienced educator known for making complex topics accessible, relevant, and engaging. The course offers a unique opportunity for young people to receive sex education that is internationally accessible and grounded in the latest research.

Live, Weekly Online Classes
Sessions are discussion-based and interactive. All classes are online, so students can join from anywhere. The weekly format allows plenty of time for reflection and deeper learning. Each term consists of 16 lessons.

Parents will receive class updates and insights into what their child is learning. This engagement builds trust and makes it easier for parents to stay involved and feel supported throughout the course.
