This course offers a warm, age-appropriate introduction to key topics like body changes, personal boundaries, respectful friendships, and staying safe — both offline and online.
We create a supportive space where children can ask questions, build self-awareness, and develop the confidence to understand themselves and others as they grow.

Weekly 30-Second Parent Updates
Brief post-class guides with specific questions to help you start a natural conversation at home and find common ground. Especially helpful for parents of older teens.

Expert Curated Materials
Personally vetted learning materials (e.g. book recommendations, articles, videos, etc.) to support parents’ understanding of the topics we cover. This takes the guesswork out of which materials work best.

2 Parent huddles
Group parent sessions to share a window into what’s currently on the kids' minds, provide guidance on the developmental roadmaps ahead, and take questions. Also a valuable chance to connect with other parents for reassurance and perspective.

Live, Weekly Online Classes
Sessions are discussion-based and interactive. All classes are online, so students can join from anywhere. The weekly format allows plenty of time for reflection and deeper learning.

If your child misses a class or is traveling, they won’t miss out. All students have access to a shared learning space where they can review key class materials and participate in discussion boards between sessions.
